How Valporate Chrono 300MG Tab Works
Valproate increases the level of the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA in the brain and also reduces excessive neuronal firing by modulating sodium and calcium channels. This stabilizes electrical activity in the brain and helps prevent seizures and mood episodes.
Dosage & Directions
Oral prolonged/controlled release tablet: swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Usually taken once or twice daily as prescribed, preferably at the same time each day; take with food if gastric upset occurs. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
