How VILDASOM 50 TAB Works
Vildagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor that increases incretin hormones (GLP-1 and GIP). This enhances glucose-dependent insulin release and reduces glucagon secretion, helping lower blood sugar with a low risk of hypoglycaemia when used alone.
Dosage & Directions
