Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones (if contains vitamin C/calcium), iron overload disorders (if contains iron) and hypervitaminosis. Drug Interactions

Levothyroxine (separate by 4 hours if iron/calcium present)
tetracyclines/quinolones antibiotics (reduced absorption with iron/calcium/magnesium; separate by 2–6 hours)
antacids (affect absorption)
warfarin (vitamin K-containing products may reduce effect)
methotrexate/phenytoin (folate interactions)
