Known side effects of Vogkare M 0.2 Tab include Flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, metallic taste, headache. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Risk of hypoglycaemia increases if used with insulin or sulfonylureas; monitor glucose. Metformin may rarely cause lactic acidosis—risk increases with kidney impairment, dehydration, severe infection, heart/respiratory failure, liver disease, heavy alcohol use; stop and seek care if rapid breathing, severe weakness, abdominal pain occur. Avoid in severe renal impairment; periodic renal function monitoring required. Temporarily withhold metformin around iodinated contrast studies and major surgery as advised by a doctor. Voglibose may cause GI discomfort; titrate as directed.
