Voglibose 0.2 mg + Metformin (strength unknown) tablet

Voglibose is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor that slows carbohydrate digestion in the intestine, reducing post-meal glucose spikes. Metformin improves insulin sensitivity and decreases glucose production by the liver, helping lower overall blood sugar.

Take orally exactly as prescribed. Typically, voglibose-containing tablets are taken with the first bite of each main meal; metformin is best taken with food to reduce stomach upset.
