What is Volix 0.4MG used for?

Treatment of symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) such as weak urine stream
difficulty starting urination
frequent urination
and incomplete bladder emptying.

How Volix 0.4MG Works

Tamsulosin is an alpha-1A adrenergic receptor blocker that relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck. This reduces resistance to urine flow and improves urinary symptoms of BPH.

Dosage & Directions

Take by mouth exactly as prescribed, usually once daily after the same meal each day. Swallow the tablet/capsule whole; do not crush, chew, or open. If you miss a dose, take the next dose at the usual time; do not double dose.
