Important Warnings

Use with caution in severe liver disease; dose adjustment/medical advice may be needed. Long-term acid suppression may increase risk of low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, and gastrointestinal infections (e.g., C. difficile); seek care for persistent diarrhoea. Consult doctor if alarm symptoms occur (vomiting blood, black stools, unexplained weight loss, difficulty swallowing). Do not self-medicate for prolonged periods.

Drug Interactions

Vopraz 20MG Tab may interact with the following:

May reduce absorption of medicines that require an acidic stomach (e.g.
ketoconazole
itraconazole
posaconazole
erlotinib
iron salts). May increase exposure of digoxin; monitor if used together. Caution with CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers (e.g.
clarithromycin
rifampicin) which may alter vonoprazan levels. Inform doctor about all medicines including antiplatelets/anticoagulants.
