• Low blood pressure (dizziness)
• increased potassium (hyperkalemia)
• kidney function changes
• cough
• diarrhea
• nausea
• fatigue
• headache

Vymada 100 MG Tab may interact with the following:

• ACE inhibitors (contraindicated; 36-hour gap required)
• aliskiren (avoid in diabetes)
• potassium supplements/salt substitutes and potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g.
• spironolactone/eplerenone/amiloride) (hyperkalemia risk)
• NSAIDs (may worsen kidney function)
• lithium (increased lithium toxicity)
• other antihypertensives and diuretics (additive hypotension)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
