How Zensita - 100MG Tabs Works
Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It increases cGMP levels in penile tissue by enhancing the effect of nitric oxide, leading to relaxation of smooth muscles and increased blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
Dosage & Directions
Oral tablet. Take as advised by doctor, typically 30–60 minutes before sexual activity; can be taken up to 4 hours before. Swallow with water. Avoid heavy/fatty meals as they may delay effect. Do not take more than once in 24 hours.
