What is Zoryl 0.5MG Tab used for?

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (adult) to help control blood sugar
usually along with diet and exercise; may be used alone or with other antidiabetic medicines.

How Zoryl 0.5MG Tab Works

Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release insulin. It also improves peripheral insulin sensitivity, thereby lowering blood glucose levels.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet. Take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily with breakfast or the first main meal. Swallow with water; do not skip meals after taking it. Dose is individualized based on blood glucose and HbA1c; monitor sugars regularly.
