Zylopred Eye Drops — Side Effects & Warnings

Use only under ophthalmologist supervision. Prolonged use may increase intraocular pressure (glaucoma), cause cataract, delay wound healing, and increase risk of secondary bacterial/fungal/viral eye infections (including reactivation of herpes simplex). Do not use in untreated eye infections (e.g., fungal, viral such as herpes simplex epithelial keratitis) unless specifically prescribed. Seek care if eye pain, worsening redness, vision changes, or no improvement. Use caution in glaucoma, history of herpes simplex, and after eye surgery. Do not stop abruptly if used for a prolonged period—taper as advised.
