How ZYMAR Works
Gatifloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, blocking DNA replication and leading to bacterial cell death.
Dosage & Directions
For ophthalmic use only. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s) as advised by the doctor. Wash hands before use, avoid touching the dropper tip, and keep the eye closed for 1–2 minutes after instillation; if using other eye medicines, keep a 5–10 minute gap.
