Known side effects of Zymoflam Tab include Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, rash, itching, allergic reactions. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Use with caution in patients with bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer disease, severe liver/kidney disease, and before/after surgery (may increase bleeding risk). Drug Interactions
Zymoflam Tab may interact with the following:
Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin
heparin
aspirin
clopidogrel) may increase bleeding risk; NSAIDs may add to bleeding/GI irritation risk; other drugs affecting coagulation—monitor. Possible interaction with antibiotics such as amoxicillin/tetracyclines reported for bromelain (may alter absorption)—use under medical advice.
