Dry cough, dizziness, low blood pressure, headache, fatigue, increased potassium, increased creatinine

Contraindicated in pregnancy (can harm fetus). Risk of angioedema (face/lip/tongue swelling) — seek emergency care. Monitor kidney function and potassium, especially in elderly, dehydration, renal artery stenosis. Use caution with low salt diets and diuretics (first-dose hypotension).

Potassium supplements/salt substitutes, potassium-sparing diuretics (spironolactone), NSAIDs (reduced effect/kidney risk), lithium (toxicity), diuretics (hypotension), ARBs/aliskiren (renal risk/hyperkalemia), sacubitril/valsartan (angioedema risk; washout needed)

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protect from moisture and light, keep in original blister.
