Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as cofactors in energy production, immune function and antioxidant defense. Effervescent formulation improves ease of intake and may enhance adherence.

Dissolve 1 tablet in water and drink immediately, preferably after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Do not exceed recommended intake. Use caution if you have kidney disease (certain minerals), hypervitaminosis risk with additional supplements, or are on anticoagulants (vitamin K if present). Consult doctor in pregnancy/breastfeeding or chronic illness.

Warfarin (if vitamin K present), tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (minerals reduce absorption), levothyroxine (iron/calcium reduce absorption), antacids (affect mineral absorption)
