EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids that help modulate inflammatory mediators and cell membrane function. They can help reduce triglyceride synthesis in the liver and support cardiovascular, brain and retinal function.

Take as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional. Usually taken 1 softgel daily with food to improve absorption and reduce fishy aftertaste.
