L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring compound that transports long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria for beta-oxidation (energy production). It supports cellular energy metabolism, especially during increased energy demand such as exercise.

Oral tablet. Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare professional/fitness expert; can be taken with or after food. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage on the label.
