Acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gas and bloating

Aluminium and magnesium antacids neutralize stomach acid to relieve burning and discomfort. Simethicone reduces surface tension of gas bubbles, easing bloating and flatulence.

Shake well before use. Take the measured dose after meals and at bedtime or as directed. Maintain a 2-hour gap from other oral medicines.

Constipation, diarrhea, nausea, chalky taste, abdominal discomfort, bloating

Use with caution in kidney disease and in prolonged use due to risk of electrolyte imbalance. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, recur frequently, or if there are alarm symptoms (vomiting blood, black stools).

May reduce absorption of tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, iron preparations, levothyroxine, azole antifungals, bisphosphonates; separate by at least 2 hours.

Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Keep bottle tightly closed and away from moisture and direct sunlight.
