How It Works
Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide neutralize excess stomach acid and reduce irritation. Oxetacaine is a local anaesthetic that numbs the stomach lining, providing relief from pain and burning even in an acidic environment.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Take by mouth as directed by the physician, usually after meals and at bedtime. Measure with a spoon/cup; can be taken with or without food. Keep a gap of at least 2 hours from other oral medicines.

Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in kidney disease (risk of aluminium/magnesium accumulation) and in patients on a low-phosphate diet. Prolonged or excessive use may cause electrolyte disturbances (e.g., low phosphate) and rebound symptoms. Do not use for long periods without medical advice; seek medical help if symptoms persist, worsen, or if there is blood in vomit/black stools/unexplained weight loss. Not recommended in severe renal impairment unless prescribed.
Drug Interactions
Reduced absorption of tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones (e.g., ciprofloxacin/levofloxacin), iron salts, levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, ketoconazole/itraconazole, digoxin—separate dosing by 2–4 hours
