Capsule

Neuropathic pain due to nerve damage (e.g., diabetic neuropathy), tingling/numbness, burning pain; vitamin B12 deficiency–related neuropathy (adjunct).

Pregabalin reduces abnormal nerve signaling by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, decreasing release of excitatory neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin formation and nerve repair, helping improve nerve function over time.

Capsule: take exactly as prescribed, usually once daily at night or in divided doses. Can be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Do not stop suddenly—dose should be tapered as advised by a doctor.

Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, blurred vision, dry mouth, weight gain, swelling of hands/feet (edema), constipation, difficulty concentrating

May cause dizziness/somnolence—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know its effects. Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed). Risk of dependence/misuse and withdrawal if stopped abruptly. Seek urgent help for facial/lip swelling or breathing difficulty (angioedema) or mood changes/suicidal thoughts. Use caution in heart failure/edema-prone patients.

Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased sedation), opioids (risk of severe drowsiness/respiratory depression), benzodiazepines, antihistamines/sedatives, ACE inhibitors (may increase risk of angioedema), drugs causing edema (e.g., thiazolidinediones like pioglitazone)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
