Multivitamin, multimineral and antioxidant tablet (vitamins & minerals; exact strengths vary by pack/label)

Prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiencies in men, nutritional supplementation during poor diet, fatigue/weakness due to deficiency, support for overall health and immunity

Provides essential vitamins and minerals that act as cofactors in energy metabolism, red blood cell formation and other cellular functions. Antioxidant nutrients help reduce oxidative stress and support immune function.

Tablet for oral use. Typically 1 tablet once daily after food (preferably after breakfast) or as directed by a healthcare professional. Swallow whole with water; do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhea, headache, metallic taste, dark/yellow urine

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use with caution in kidney disease, history of kidney stones, hypercalcemia, iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis) or if taking other vitamin A/D or mineral supplements. Stop and consult a doctor if allergic reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children.

Levothyroxine, tetracyclines, quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin/levofloxacin), bisphosphonates, antacids containing aluminium/magnesium, penicillamine, thiazide diuretics, warfarin (vitamin K-containing products), other multivitamins/mineral supplements

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep container tightly closed.
