How It Works
Nocold is a cold-relief combination tablet. It typically works by reducing fever and body aches (analgesic/antipyretic component) and relieving nasal congestion/runny nose and sneezing (decongestant/antihistamine components), depending on the exact formulation.
Directions for Use
Take as directed by a physician. Swallow the tablet whole with water; can be taken with or without food (take after food if it upsets the stomach). Do not exceed the recommended dose or use for more than a few days without medical advice.

Warnings & Precautions
Do not use with other cold/flu products containing similar ingredients (risk of overdose, especially with paracetamol). May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/operating machinery. Use with caution in liver disease, high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorder, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urinary retention, and in the elderly. Consult a doctor before use in children, during breastfeeding, or if symptoms persist/worsen.
Drug Interactions
Alcohol and other CNS depressants (increased drowsiness), MAO inhibitors (serious interaction with decongestants), other sympathomimetics/decongestants, antihypertensives, warfarin (with prolonged paracetamol use), other paracetamol-containing products
