Oxymetazoline acts inside the nose to reduce swelling and congestion or to moisten the lining.
1. Shake well before use, 2. Tilt head slightly forward, 3. Insert nozzle into nostril, 4. Spray while breathing in gently, 5. Repeat in other nostril, 6. Use as needed but not more than 2-3 times a day

Do not use a medicated nasal decongestant for more than the few days stated on the pack. Longer use causes rebound congestion that is worse than the original block. Saline drops and sprays have no such limit and are safe for repeated use. Use your own bottle only — sharing spreads infection.
Decongestants can raise blood pressure; tell your doctor if you are hypertensive.
Store below 30°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.
