Relief of acidity, heartburn, sour belching, indigestion (dyspepsia), gastritis symptoms and gas/bloating associated with acid reflux (GERD).

Ranitidine reduces stomach acid production by blocking H2 receptors in the stomach. Magaldrate neutralizes existing stomach acid, and simethicone breaks down gas bubbles to reduce bloating and discomfort.

Oral suspension: Shake well before use. Take the prescribed dose using a measuring cup/spoon, usually after meals and/or at bedtime. Can be taken with or without food as advised by the doctor.

Headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, drowsiness

Use with caution in kidney or liver disease; dose adjustment may be needed. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, worsen, or if you have alarm symptoms (weight loss, vomiting blood, black stools, difficulty swallowing). Ranitidine has had regulatory withdrawals/quality-related restrictions in many markets due to NDMA impurity concerns—use only if supplied as per current regulatory guidance and on medical advice. Not for long-term self-medication.

May affect absorption of drugs requiring acidic pH (e.g., ketoconazole/itraconazole). Antacids can reduce absorption of some medicines—separate administration by 2–3 hours for tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones, iron, levothyroxine, digoxin as advised. Ranitidine may interact with warfarin (monitor INR), procainamide, theophylline (monitor if applicable).

Store at room temperature (below 25°C), protect from light and moisture. Do not freeze. Keep bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
