Cod liver oil supplies omega-3 fatty acids (EPA/DHA) that support normal inflammatory balance and cardiovascular function. It also provides vitamins A and D, which are essential for immune function, vision, and calcium absorption/bone mineralisation.

Softgel capsule for oral use. Take as directed on the label or by a healthcare professional, preferably with food. Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.

Fishy aftertaste, burping, nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea

Do not exceed recommended dose. Use with caution in people with fish/seafood allergy. High intakes may increase bleeding risk; consult doctor if you have a bleeding disorder or are on blood thinners. Avoid excessive vitamin A/D intake from other supplements; overdose may be harmful. Consult a doctor before use in liver disease, hypercalcaemia, or if taking other supplements/medicines.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (e.g., warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel) may increase bleeding risk; orlistat and bile acid sequestrants (e.g., cholestyramine) may reduce absorption of fat-soluble vitamins; retinoids (e.g., isotretinoin) or additional vitamin A/D supplements may increase toxicity risk
