Capsule
Treatment and prevention of vitamin E deficiency, adjunct in conditions associated with oxidative stress, nutritional supplementation
Vitamin E is a fat‑soluble antioxidant that protects cell membranes from damage caused by free radicals. It helps maintain normal function of nerves, muscles, and immune system and supports skin health.
Capsule for oral use. Take as advised by doctor; commonly taken once daily after food (preferably after a meal containing some fat) to improve absorption. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.
Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, rash
Do not exceed recommended dose; high doses of vitamin E may increase bleeding risk. Use with caution in patients with bleeding disorders, vitamin K deficiency, severe liver disease, or those planned for surgery (may need to stop 1–2 weeks before surgery as per medical advice). Consult doctor if on blood thinners/antiplatelets or if you have chronic illness.
Warfarin/acenocoumarol and other anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs (aspirin, clopidogrel), orlistat (reduces absorption of fat‑soluble vitamins), cholestyramine/colestipol (reduces absorption), high‑dose omega‑3 supplements (may increase bleeding risk)
Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
