The pad’s absorbent core draws menstrual fluid away from the surface and locks it into the core/gel, helping keep the top layer relatively dry. The extra-long XXL+ length and wider back coverage are designed to reduce back/side leakage during overnight use.

Peel off the release paper and stick the pad firmly on the centre of the underwear with the longer/wider end towards the back for night use. Change every 4–6 hours or sooner if heavily soaked. Wrap used pad and dispose in a bin; do not flush.
