Menstrual hygiene; absorption of menstrual flow during periods, especially for overnight protection

The pad absorbs menstrual fluid into a super-absorbent core and helps lock it away to keep the surface drier. Its shape, length (XL) and side leak guards help reduce side and back leakage during sleep.

Peel off the release paper and place the pad centrally on clean, dry underwear with the adhesive side down; press firmly. Change every 4–6 hours or sooner if soaked; use XL/All Night variant during heavy flow or overnight. Wrap used pad and dispose in a bin; do not flush.

Skin irritation, itching, rash, chafing, allergic contact dermatitis

For external use only. Discontinue and consult a doctor if persistent irritation, rash, swelling or unusual discharge occurs. Maintain good menstrual hygiene; change pads regularly to reduce odour and risk of irritation. Do not use on broken skin; keep away from children. Seek urgent care for fever, dizziness, vomiting or sudden rash during periods (rare concern for toxic shock syndrome with menstrual products).
