Menstrual hygiene; absorbs menstrual flow and helps prevent leakage during periods, especially overnight use

The absorbent core draws in menstrual fluid and locks it within the superabsorbent layer. The leak-proof back sheet and secure adhesive help keep the pad in place and prevent staining of undergarments, supporting overnight protection.

Remove wrapper, unfold pad and fix to the centre of clean, dry underwear using the adhesive side; align for full coverage (front-to-back). Change every 4–6 hours or sooner if saturated; wrap used pad and dispose in a bin—do not flush.

Skin irritation, rash, itching, discomfort, contact dermatitis (rare)

For external use only. If you experience persistent irritation, rash, unusual odour, fever, or signs of infection, stop use and consult a doctor. Maintain hand hygiene before/after changing. Change regularly to reduce risk of irritation; very rare risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) with menstrual products—seek urgent care if sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or rash occurs.
