The Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) publishes a recommended immunization schedule for children from birth to 18 years. It includes vaccines for BCG, Hepatitis B, OPV, IPV, DPT, Hib, PCV, Rotavirus, Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, HPV, and Tdap.
Most vaccines have catch-up windows. Our tool shows catch-up guidance for overdue vaccines. However, some vaccines (like Rotavirus) have strict age limits. Always consult your paediatrician for missed vaccines.
While not legally mandatory for all vaccines, the IAP schedule is the gold standard recommended by paediatricians across India. Some vaccines are part of the Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) and are given free at government centres.
Completed vaccine checkmarks are saved locally on your device browser. They are not uploaded to any server. If you switch devices, you will need to re-mark completed vaccines.
