PingMeDoc

PingMeDoc™ for families abroad

Look after your parents' health in India, from wherever you live

A doctor checks on them every month, reads every lab report, arranges blood tests at their home and keeps their medicines stocked. You get a written update after each step.

  • From $39 a month
  • Doctors registered in India
  • Cancel any time

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us about your parents

Their city, their health problems and current medicines. A care coordinator calls you, at a time that suits your time zone.

  2. 02

    First visit and baseline

We collect a blood sample at their home and a doctor does the first video check-in. You can join the call from abroad.

  3. 03

    Every month after that

A doctor checks in, reads every new report, keeps their medicines current — and you get a written update by email.

What your parents get

  • A doctor who knows them

Regular video check-ins with a doctor registered in India, with your parent's history in front of them.

  • Blood tests at home

A trained phlebotomist collects the sample at their home. No travelling to a lab, no queue.

  • Every report explained

A doctor reads each report and tells you, in writing, what changed and what to do about it.

  • Medicines delivered

Their medicine list stays current, and refills are delivered to their door.

  • You stay in the loop

A monthly summary in your inbox, and one shared record you can open from anywhere.

  • One coordinator

A named person who knows your family, reachable on WhatsApp.

Questions

Who is the patient — me or my parents?
Your parents. They live in India and are cared for in India by doctors registered in India. You pay, join calls if you want, and receive the updates. We do not give medical advice about your own health while you live outside India.
Which cities do you cover?
Online doctor check-ins and report reviews work anywhere in India. Home sample collection is available in most cities and towns; tell us your parents' pincode and we will confirm before you pay.
How do I pay from abroad?
Plans are priced in US dollars. After the first call we send a payment link. Prefer to pay in rupees from an Indian account or UPI? That works too. A one-off doctor review of a single report costs ₹299 and can be paid online right now.
Can I join the doctor's call from another country?
Yes. The video link works on any phone or laptop. Many families join together — the parent in India, a child in the US or UK.
What if my parent needs a hospital or a specialist?
The doctor will tell you which specialist and why, and the coordinator helps book the appointment near your parents. In an emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital first.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. The plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
