A registered doctor opens your request, reads the dates and reason, and may ask one or two clarifying questions over WhatsApp or a brief video call. If the medical history supports the requested certificate, they sign it.

Doctors don't backdate certificates. If the absence already happened, the issue date will be today and the leave dates can extend backward only if clinically appropriate.
