What is refunded, and when
Payment starts the review; it does not buy the outcome. The table is the rule the coordinator applies.

The review fee covers the doctor's time whatever the outcome. Refunds return through the original payment route and never exceed the amount paid. The policy version recorded with your booking applies.
Fees, timing and refunds
What does the certificate fee include?
The selected package covers application review, clinician assessment and the listed document and delivery services. A certificate is issued only when the clinician can support it.
Why do the handwritten bundles have different price increments?
Each is a separately priced package. Digital certificate is ₹699; Handwritten certificate, digital scan is ₹1,099; Handwritten certificate, scan and shipping is ₹1,399. The exact package total is shown before payment.
Can I use my employer's or organizer's format?
An eligible recipient-specific format adds ₹250. Upload the blank format and instructions before payment. The clinician decides which statements they can certify; a format does not guarantee acceptance.
When will I receive my certificate?
Assessment scheduling, digital dispatch after approval, and courier transit are separate steps. Your application shows the available review and fulfilment timing. Missing evidence, additional examination and recipient requirements may affect completion.
What happens if I cancel or the doctor cannot issue it?
The terms recorded with your purchase govern cancellation, incomplete evidence, clinical refusal and provider failure. Review the refund policy before paying. An old booking keeps its recorded price and terms.
Can I pay in dollars or euros?
The domestic packages on this page are priced and settled in INR. International and sports pathways require supported clinical coverage and payment currency; availability is confirmed separately before an order is accepted.
