How Amlovel 2.5MG Tab Works
Amlodipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. It relaxes blood vessels by reducing calcium entry into vascular smooth muscle, lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow to the heart, which helps prevent angina.
Dosage & Directions
Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed, usually once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow with water; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
