Levosalbutamol 1 mg + Ambroxol 30 mg + Guaifenesin 50 mg per 5 ml syrup
Productive (wet) cough, chest congestion, bronchitis, bronchial asthma with mucus, COPD and other respiratory tract conditions with thick sputum
Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens thick mucus. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps expel mucus by increasing airway secretions. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles to ease breathing and reduce wheeze.
Take as directed by the physician. Measure with a dosing cup/spoon and shake well before use. Usually taken 2-3 times daily; can be taken with or without food (take after food if it causes stomach upset). Do not exceed prescribed dose.

Use with caution in heart disease, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders, and in patients with gastric ulcer. May cause dizziness/tremor—avoid driving if affected. Seek medical help if breathing worsens, severe chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or allergic reactions occur. Not for dry cough unless advised by a doctor.
