Terbutaline 1.25 mg + Bromhexine 2 mg + Guaifenesin 50 mg + Menthol 0.5 mg per 5 ml
Relief of productive cough (wet cough) associated with bronchitis, asthma, COPD and other respiratory tract infections with mucus; helps loosen phlegm and ease breathing
Terbutaline is a bronchodilator (beta-2 agonist) that relaxes airway muscles and relieves bronchospasm. Bromhexine is a mucolytic that thins and breaks down thick mucus, while guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps expel phlegm. Menthol provides a soothing effect in the throat and improves cough comfort.
Oral expectorant syrup. Take as prescribed by the doctor; measure with a cup/spoon and shake well before use. Can be taken with or without food; take with adequate fluids to help loosen mucus.
