What is Carvaz 12.5 Tab used for?

Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension)
chronic heart failure
and left ventricular dysfunction after myocardial infarction (as prescribed).

How Carvaz 12.5 Tab Works

Carvedilol is a non-selective beta-blocker with additional alpha-1 blocking activity. It reduces heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand and relaxes blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure and improving heart function in heart failure.

Dosage & Directions

Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken by mouth 1–2 times daily; take with food to reduce risk of dizziness/low blood pressure. Swallow whole with water; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
