• headache
• dry cough
• low blood pressure
• fatigue
• nausea
• abdominal pain
• increased urination
• low potassium or sodium
• muscle cramps
• raised creatinine

Coversyl Plus 10S may interact with the following:

• Potassium supplements/salt substitutes and potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g.
• spironolactone
• eplerenone) increasing hyperkalemia risk
• other antihypertensives and diuretics (additive hypotension)
• NSAIDs (reduced antihypertensive effect and kidney risk)
• lithium (toxicity risk)
• aliskiren/ARBs (increased renal impairment/hyperkalemia risk)
• corticosteroids and laxatives (electrolyte imbalance)
• antidiabetic medicines (may need monitoring)
• alcohol (increased dizziness)
