Known side effects of Empaheart-10MG Tab include Increased urination,thirst,genital fungal infection (thrush),urinary tract infection,itching,low blood pressure/dizziness,nausea. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Prescription-only antidiabetic. Risk of dehydration and low blood pressure—use caution in elderly, on diuretics, or with low BP. Can increase risk of genital mycotic infections and UTIs. Rare but serious: ketoacidosis (even with near-normal sugars), Fournier’s gangrene, severe allergic reactions—seek urgent care for nausea/vomiting, abdominal pain, rapid breathing, confusion, genital pain/swelling, fever. Not recommended in type 1 diabetes; avoid in severe renal impairment/ESRD/dialysis; renal function should be assessed before and during treatment. Temporarily stop before major surgery/acute serious illness as advised by doctor.

Diuretics (increased dehydration/hypotension)
insulin or sulfonylureas (increased hypoglycaemia risk)
other antihypertensives (additive BP lowering)
lithium (may lower lithium levels)
alcohol (raises ketoacidosis risk)
