Fluticasone is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation and mucus, improving long-term control. Formoterol is a LABA that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle to maintain open airways.
Inhale as prescribed (commonly 1–2 puffs twice daily) using correct transhaler technique. Use regularly; not for sudden attacks. Rinse mouth after use to reduce oral thrush.

Not a rescue inhaler. Rinse mouth after inhalation. Use caution in untreated infections (including TB), diabetes, osteoporosis, glaucoma/cataract, and cardiovascular disorders. Avoid abrupt discontinuation; monitor for worsening asthma/COPD.
