Important Warnings

May cause significant drowsiness/dizziness—avoid driving or operating machinery until you know the effect. Use with caution in elderly, history of depression/suicidal thoughts, heart disease/arrhythmias, glaucoma, urinary retention/prostate enlargement, and kidney impairment (gabapentin dose adjustment may be needed). other antidepressants/serotonergic drugs (serotonin syndrome risk)
QT-prolonging drugs and antiarrhythmics (arrhythmia risk)
antihistamines and benzodiazepines (additive drowsiness)
