Gabapentin 100 mg + Nortriptyline 10 mg

Gabapentin reduces abnormal nerve signalling by modulating calcium channels in the nervous system, decreasing pain transmission. Nortriptyline (a tricyclic antidepressant) increases levels of norepinephrine and serotonin in the spinal cord/brain, enhancing descending pain inhibition and improving neuropathic pain symptoms.

Tablet; take exactly as prescribed. Usually taken once daily at night or as directed; can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not stop suddenly—dose may need gradual tapering.
