Important Warnings

midazolam/triazolam (oral)
ergot alkaloids
certain antiarrhythmics (e.g.
quinidine
dofetilide)
cisapride
pimozide. Levels affected by rifampicin/rifabutin
phenytoin
carbamazepine (reduce effect). Increases levels of warfarin
digoxin
cyclosporine/tacrolimus
some calcium channel blockers
benzodiazepines
and sulfonylureas. Reduced absorption with PPIs/H2 blockers/antacids.
