Treatment of fungal infections such as dermatophytosis (tinea/ringworm)
pityriasis versicolor
oral/vaginal candidiasis
and other susceptible systemic or superficial fungal infections as prescribed

How Itzoft 100MG Caps 10S Works

Itraconazole is a triazole antifungal that inhibits fungal CYP450-dependent 14-α-demethylase, blocking ergosterol synthesis. This disrupts fungal cell membrane formation and inhibits fungal growth.

Dosage & Directions

Capsule (oral): Take exactly as prescribed, usually once or twice daily. Take with food/after a full meal for better absorption; swallow whole and do not crush or chew. Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.
