What is Levicem 500 Tab used for?

Treatment of epilepsy/seizure disorders including partial (focal) onset seizures
myoclonic seizures and primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (as advised by neurologist).

How Levicem 500 Tab Works

Levetiracetam is an anti-epileptic medicine that binds to synaptic vesicle protein SV2A in the brain. This helps stabilize abnormal electrical activity and reduces the likelihood of seizures.

Dosage & Directions

Tablet for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, usually twice daily, at the same times each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice.
