Known side effects of Meplol T 40/50 Tab include dizziness, headache, tiredness, slow heart rate (bradycardia), low blood pressure, nausea, diarrhea, cold extremities. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Monitor BP and pulse regularly. May cause dizziness—use caution while driving. Do not stop metoprolol abruptly (risk of angina/arrhythmia). Use with caution in asthma/COPD, diabetes (may mask hypoglycemia symptoms), heart block, bradycardia, heart failure, liver/kidney impairment, dehydration. Telmisartan can affect kidney function and potassium—monitor creatinine and potassium; avoid potassium supplements/salt substitutes unless advised. Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid in patients with history of hypersensitivity to components.
