Modlip 20MG Tab — Side Effects & Warnings
Known side effects of Modlip 20MG Tab include Headache, nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, indigestion, muscle pain (myalgia), weakness, joint pain, increased liver enzymes. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Do not use in active liver disease or during pregnancy/breastfeeding unless specifically advised. Statins can rarely cause severe muscle injury (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis)—seek medical help for unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, weakness, fever or dark urine. Monitor liver function and lipid profile as advised; use caution in heavy alcohol use, hypothyroidism, kidney problems, elderly, or history of muscle disorders. Vitamin D3 excess may cause hypercalcaemia—caution in kidney stones, severe renal impairment or sarcoidosis.
niacin and colchicine increase myopathy risk; cyclosporine increases exposure; warfarin may need INR monitoring; grapefruit juice can increase atorvastatin levels; calcium/antacid supplements may be separated if advised; thiazide diuretics may increase hypercalcaemia risk with vitamin D.
