Panzis D Cap — Side Effects & Warnings
Known side effects of Panzis D Cap include Headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, flatulence, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Do not use without medical advice if you have severe liver disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction/perforation, or a history of prolactin-dependent tumors. Long-term PPI use may increase risk of low magnesium/vitamin B12 deficiency, bone fractures and gut infections. Seek medical help for alarm symptoms (blood in vomit/stool, unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing). May cause dizziness—use caution while driving.

Warfarin/other anticoagulants
clopidogrel (reduced effect with some PPIs)
digoxin
methotrexate (high dose)
ketoconazole/itraconazole (reduced absorption)
atazanavir/rilpivirine (reduced levels)
antipsychotics and other dopamine antagonists (increased side effects)
QT-prolonging medicines
