Known side effects of Rosumyk -F5 Tab include Headache, nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, muscle pain (myalgia), weakness, elevated liver enzymes. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not recommended in active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevation of liver enzymes. Risk of muscle injury (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis) increases with higher doses, kidney impairment, hypothyroidism, elderly, and with interacting medicines—seek care for unexplained muscle pain/weakness, fever, dark urine. Use caution in kidney disease; dose adjustment/avoidance may be needed. Fenofibrate can increase risk of gallstones and pancreatitis; stop and consult if severe abdominal pain occurs. Regular monitoring of lipid profile, liver function tests and kidney function is advised.
