Known side effects of SACUMADA 100 TAB 14S include Low blood pressure (hypotension),dizziness,raised potassium (hyperkalaemia),kidney function changes,increased creatinine,cough,diarrhoea,angioedema (rare but serious). Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Contraindicated with a history of angioedema related to ACE inhibitors/ARBs. Do not use together with an ACE inhibitor; maintain a 36-hour washout when switching from an ACE inhibitor due to angioedema risk. Use with caution in low blood pressure, dehydration, kidney impairment, hyperkalaemia, severe liver disease; monitor BP, serum potassium and renal function. Avoid in pregnancy; can harm the unborn baby. Seek emergency care for facial/lip/tongue swelling or breathing difficulty.

ACE inhibitors (contraindicated; 36-hour washout required)
aliskiren (avoid in diabetes; caution in renal impairment)
potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g.
spironolactone

amiloride) and salt substitutes (hyperkalaemia)
NSAIDs (may worsen kidney function)
lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity)
other antihypertensives/diuretics (additive hypotension)
