Sacumada 100 Tab 14S — Side Effects & Warnings

• Low blood pressure (hypotension)
• dizziness
• raised potassium (hyperkalaemia)
• kidney function changes
• increased creatinine
• cough
• diarrhoea
• angioedema (rare but serious)

Sacumada 100 Tab 14S may interact with the following:

• ACE inhibitors (contraindicated; 36-hour washout required)
• aliskiren (avoid in diabetes; caution in renal impairment)
• potassium supplements/potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g.
• spironolactone
• eplerenone
• amiloride) and salt substitutes (hyperkalaemia)
• NSAIDs (may worsen kidney function)
• lithium (increased lithium levels/toxicity)
• other antihypertensives/diuretics (additive hypotension)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
